Can you guarantee that the transport is really free of charge?

When ordering over €100, we guarantee our customers free delivery of goods to countries within the European Union. If the order value is less than €100, the postage fee is €3.99.

How long does delivery take?

Most products that we offer on our site are directly in our internal warehouse. We guarantee delivery for these products on the day of receipt of the order (until 12:00). Their identification can be easily found with the blue mark - "In stock".

For most products that aren’t currently in stock, the delivery date is listed. If the delivery date isn’t listed, delivery is usually within 7 working days. In rare cases, the delivery of goods from the supplier may take longer than usual. We will notify you in advance of the delay and the estimated delivery date.


Which shipping company will deliver my order?

We have long-term and successful collaboration with GLS, DPD, UPS, DHL... (depending on the country) shipping companies. Your goods will be delivered to the address you entered in the order process.


Will I be able to track where my order is located?

Of course, order tracking is possible. As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping company, we will send a shipment dispatch confirmation to your email address along with a link where you can track the movement of the package after you enter the delivery number. You can check your order status and delivery at any time in your customer account.


Goods are damaged, what should I do?

First of all, accept our sincere apology. Despite careful packaging, in rare cases during transport in which we have no direct impact, goods can become damaged.

If the goods are damaged, please contact us at info@irisimo.com immediately after finding the damage. In the message, describe the details and extent of the damage as detailed as possibleand if you have the option, attach a photograph whereby the defect is clearly visible. Consequently, according to our instructions, pack the goods in the original packaging,include the complete content and send it to our address.

After evaluating the damage and recognising your claim, within seven working days of receipt of the shipment, the same product will be sent to your address or your money will be returned. Reimbursement of costs associated with the transportation of damaged goods and the cost of sending a new product will be covered by us in full.


Can I return ordered goods?

Of course you can. You have 30 days to return the goods. If it happens that the product you ordered with us is not as you imagined or for any reason you don’t like it, you can send it back without any risk.

Immediately upon receipt of the goods that you have decided to return, we will check the condition and if the product shows no signs of wear, isn’t damaged and its packaging is complete, we will return the money back to your bank account. If goods are not returned in their original packaging, with missing documents or labels, there are traces of use clearly found or it is otherwise damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return of such goods.

Please note that the cost of delivering the goods to our address is paid by the customer. Our company isn’t responsible for damage or loss of the goods caused during transportation. Always keep thedocument of the shipment due to a possible complaint against the shipping company.


Can I change my product for another product from your range?

Have you changed your mind and would you like to change the product for another from our product range? No problem. Just send us the product you no longer want and enter a new order with your selected product and enter the original order number in the note and the following text: Sent to the exchange.

Immediately upon receipt of the goods that you have decided to replace, we will review its condition and if the product shows nosigns of wear, isn’t damaged and its packaging is complete, we will send a new selected product straight away. If the product is not returned in original packaging, with missing documents and labels, there are traces of use found or it is otherwise damaged, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange the product.

How long does it take to refund me?

Returning money to your bank account normally takes up to 14 working days. Immediately after checking the contents of the package, the condition of the product and accepting a refund claim, we will proceed to return the payment. You should have money in your account depending on the type of payment/credit card and your bank's terms and conditions, within five or six working days from receiving the email confirmation of the beginning of the refund process.
