VIP service

VIP service conditions:

Beyond the warranty you receive FREE:
- repair of mechanical damage to the watch within 1 year*
battery replacement
a pressure test for water resistance
strap adjustment (just write your wrist circumference in the note in the shopping basket)
* In case of mechanical damage within the first 12 months of purchase that prevents it from working properly. In this case, we will reimburse the cost of servicing up to 20% of the purchase price of the watch.

VIP service conditions:

1. VIP service is provided to the customer if:
 1.1.  the watch is purchased in the online store        
 1.2.  It is explicitly stated on the relevant web page that they are covered by VIP service (usually watches worth more than € 49.00 including VAT, except for some selected models where we are unable to provide VIP service, especially some smart watches)
 1.3. a period of 12 months has not elapsed since the purchase
 1.4. VIP service can only be applied for goods at full price, which is indicated on the seller's website. It cannot be redeemed after using a discount voucher.

2. VIP service scope:
 2.1. Over and above the legal warranty, we guarantee service for mechanical damage to the watch within the scope of:
  - Mechanical damage resulting in limited functionality of the watch
  - Battery replacement
  - Water resistance pressure test
  - Strap adjustment

3. VIP service limitation:
 3.1 VIP service does not cover normal mechanical wear and tear that does not affect the watch functionality, particularly:
  - Mechanical wear and damage to the bracelet or strap
  - Scratches on the glass
  - Mechanical wear of the surface layer
  - Other mechanical damage that does not affect the operation of the watch.

4. VIP service is automatically provided to the customer upon delivery of the watch, whereby the price exceeds € 49,00 including VAT. The VIP service cannot be applied to products purchased on sale and to products where an additional discount (discount coupon) was given and applied.

5. To apply the VIP service, simply send the watch to our address together with the defect’s description.

6. If the watch is beyond repair, the customer is entitled to a discount for the next purchase of 20% of the purchase original watch price.
